We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you. The Hotel is peaceful and very tidy, staff very friendly and attentive. Room spacious and fitted out well.
Relaxing atmosphere, quality fel for the Kimberley
The staff were very welcoming and the meals at the restaurant were fantastic. We would recommend this establishment to any one.
The Staff were exctremely good, The service was 1 st class, the Bedroom could do with some upgrade in Style very 1980. All the same i loved the Grounds & it gave me time to undwind from the Trip from Broome & the evening Meal was A1.
The room very 1980 decor
The restaurant food and the restaurant staff were good
The room I stayed in had a slide bolt with part of the latch missing which is extremely dangerous as if it was pushed in it would be nearly impossible by hand to get it out again. I raised this with one of the managers but they appeared not to be concerned at all. The front gate for the vehicles apparently used to lock at night it can now be pushed open and closed
Liked the multicultural atmosphere in the Bar/Restaurant.
Did not have a remote control for the TV in the room, despite reporting this when we arrived, nothing was done in the 4 days we stayed there.
Fish and chips in bar excellent
Food in dining room inedible Who serves mushrooms with fish ???Staff in bar untrained. Had to wait 12 minutes behind 1 person to order food. Long waits to order drinks. No remote for TV and no one cared!!!!!!!
Very friendly staff meals were abit overpriced and beds abit uncomfortable but overall enjoyable
near Bungle bungles, but we paid more for this hotel with rooms like a donga than we paid for a 3 star hotel in paris, 5 min from the louvre and we wonder why ausssies are not holidaying in their own country!!
cost and very basic facilities
Good location and clean rooms.
Meals a bit pricey see that you have to pay extra for salad veggies etc.
WiFi does not cover all rooms contrary to what the hotel description states, and cable-connection is unavailable. But it works in the bar...
The Kimberley hotel was Quiet,Clean & comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and I would certainly stay there again if in town.
not sure about this....... number 1 it asks what I didn't like then number 2 underneath I can't use this review for complaints. Nor anywhere else. So my only complaint is the menu. I only eat chicken of which there was only one option and the chicken was so tough I gave up eating it.
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff was excellent. Meals were top class and well priced in comparison to other East Kimberley accommodation.
Staff were excellent. For a hotel in such a remote location they do a great job. I also liked that the only pub in town is at the hotel - gives the place a real sense of life and community.
the meals seemed to frozen "McCain" type ones off the shelf. wines were overpriced. the room stank
